About this role
Neros is looking for a Firmware Engineer to help design and develop peripheral systems for their advanced unmanned systems. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create embedded firmware and hardware architectures from initial concepts to full-scale production.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with teams to translate mission requirements into features
- Develop hardware architectures for peripheral systems
- Create and maintain embedded firmware for devices
- Work with FPGA, MCU, and embedded Linux for video processing
- Support product development from concept to production
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant engineering disciplines
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with STM32 microcontrollers
- FPGA development expertise
- Proficient in C/C++ for embedded systems
- Strong embedded Linux knowledge
- Familiarity with communication protocols like SPI, I2C, UART
- Comfort with hardware and software analysis tools
