About this role
Neros is seeking a Firmware Test Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests for their drone software and ground control systems. The role involves building testing frameworks, ensuring software quality, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain automated test suites for drone and ground control software
- Build and improve automated testing frameworks and tools
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor test results to ensure build stability
- Ensure high software quality through comprehensive test coverage
- Create and maintain documentation for test cases and plans
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in software testing for embedded systems
- Experience with HIL testing systems
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python)
- Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Gitlab CI, Jenkins)
- Git proficiency and development workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
