Hardware Design & Test Engineer

About this role

Neros is looking for a Hardware Design & Test Engineer to develop custom test fixtures and hardware validation systems for drones. The role involves bridging the gap between prototype and production-ready testing, requiring expertise in circuit design and system integration.

What you'll do

• Design custom PCBAs for test fixtures.
• Lead assembly of modular test racks (ATE) with safety interlocks.
• Create complex wiring harnesses for drone subsystems.
• Manage signal integrity for high-speed communication.
• Prototype mechanical fixtures using 3D printing.
• Integrate lab-grade hardware into an automated environment.

What they're looking for

• B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in hardware design or test integration.
• Proficiency in PCB design software.
• Understanding of analog/digital circuit design.
• Experience with hardware-debugging protocols.
• Systems integration knowledge.

Benefits
