Supplier Quality Engineer

About this role

Neros is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their Supply Chain team and support the growth of their drone manufacturing efforts. This role involves enhancing supplier development, managing production quality, and coordinating between engineering and manufacturing to ensure efficient production processes.

What you'll do

• Drive supplier development and production ramp-up
• Provide feedback on manufacturability during design analysis
• Develop structured process flows and identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct capacity assessments at supplier sites
• Collaborate with procurement on supplier sourcing
• Analyze supplier quality metrics to implement improvement plans

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM
• 5+ years in manufacturing or supply chain engineering
• Experience with PCB and mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes
• Familiarity with quality systems (ISO 9000, AS9100, etc.)
• Proficiency in statistical methods and Six Sigma
• Strong negotiation and ownership skills
