About this role

Netic is seeking talented interns to join their Agent Platform team and contribute to the development of features enabling AI agents to self-improve. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging problems in applied AI, building the orchestration layer, agent harnesses, and the Agent Manager system. You'll gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you'll do

  • Build and design multi-agent workflow orchestration systems.
  • Develop tooling and sandboxes for agents to test and validate outputs.
  • Contribute to the Agent Manager system for agent improvement and optimization.
  • Design, code, and ship full-stack features for Netic’s agent platform.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify edge cases and develop platform safeguards.
  • Work with real customer workflows to identify trusted agent improvements.
