Netic is seeking enthusiastic new graduate Software Engineers to join their Agent Platform team, contributing to the development of features that enable AI agents to learn and improve themselves. You'll be instrumental in building the orchestration layer, agent harnesses, and Agent Manager system – tackling challenging problems at the forefront of applied AI. This role offers mentorship and the opportunity to shape the future of agentic AI within a fast-growing, well-funded company.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the orchestration layer for multi-agent workflows.
- Develop tooling and sandboxes for agents to test and validate outputs.
- Contribute to the Agent Manager system for automated agent improvement.
- Design, code, and ship full-stack features for the agent platform.
- Collaborate with customers to identify platform safeguards and edge cases.
- Work with real customer workflows to surface where automated agent-improvement can and can't be trusted
