About this role
Netskope seeks an experienced Sr. Solutions Engineer to drive cloud security sales and customer success across a territory. You'll serve as the technical expert and customer advocate, delivering compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to senior security executives while managing the full sales cycle and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Exceed sales targets by articulating Netskope's cloud security architecture to C-suite audiences (CISOs, CIOs)
- Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and evaluation plans with prospective customers
- Act as primary customer advocate, resolving technical issues and escalating to support teams as needed
- Gather technical requirements and construct win strategies for complex sales opportunities
- Present at trade shows, conferences, and seminars; respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Provide competitive intelligence and feedback to Product Management on feature requests from customers
