Concept Engineer (human)

About this role

The Concept Engineer will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, focusing on designing and leading advanced robotics projects tailored to customers' needs. This role involves comprehensive solution development, from initial ideation to project validation, while presenting complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Act as a technical liaison among customers, Product Management, and Sales
• Lead and design robotics pilot projects for enterprise clients
• Create technical solution architectures based on client requirements
• Guide clients through the design process from requirements gathering to solution concept
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team during pre-sales engagements
• Analyze customer challenges to develop innovative robotics solutions

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Expertise in requirements engineering and solution design
• Experience with SDKs and APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical topics effectively
• 4+ years in developing technical concepts and workflows
• Passion for robotics and automation
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
