Application Engineer (German-speaking)

Neural Concept is seeking a German-speaking Application Engineer to join their team in Munich, focusing on solving complex engineering challenges in industries such as automotive and aerospace. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams, applying machine learning workflows, and training customers on AI integration.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with customers' engineering teams on projects
• Analyze engineering data using Python and develop solutions
• Apply machine and deep learning workflows to engineering problems
• Deliver proofs-of-concept showcasing technology value
• Train customers on platform usage and AI adoption
• Work with developers to incorporate customer feedback

What they're looking for

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics
• Strong understanding of Engineering and Machine Learning
• Experience with Python programming and ML frameworks
• Simulation experience (CAD/CAE) is a plus
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-facing experience
• Fluency in English and German
