As a Solutions Engineer at Neural Concept, you'll engage with industry leaders to develop AI-powered solutions that address complex engineering challenges. This role combines technical expertise with strategic stakeholder communication to drive AI adoption in sectors like automotive and aerospace.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using NC's platform
• Guide customers through the AI adoption process from concept to integration
• Act as a liaison between customer needs and product development
• Ensure solutions are effectively implemented and adopted by teams

What they're looking for

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in end-to-end solution design
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles
• Master's or PhD in Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of engineering simulation concepts
• Familiarity with machine learning and Python
• Intellectual curiosity about AI in engineering
• Fluent in English
