Neural Concept is looking for a Solutions Engineer to bridge AI technology and engineering challenges in sectors like automotive and aerospace. This role involves engaging with senior stakeholders, designing tailored AI solutions, and ensuring their successful adoption within client organizations.
What you'll do
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges
- Co-design solution roadmaps for AI-assisted design
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Guide customers from proof-of-concept to full integration
- Act as a liaison between customer needs and product development insights
What they're looking for
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- Experience in end-to-end solution design
- Comfort in customer-facing roles across different technical levels
- Master's or PhD in Engineering or related field
- Understanding of engineering simulation concepts
- Knowledge of machine learning and Python
- Intellectual curiosity about AI applications
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
