Solutions Engineer

Neural Concept is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Application Engineering team in the New York Metropolitan Area. This role involves collaborating with industry leaders in automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors to create AI-powered solutions that address real-world engineering challenges.

What you'll do

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and articulate AI value
• Translate business needs into technical solutions using NC's platform
• Guide customers through the AI adoption process from proof-of-concept to integration
• Act as a liaison between customer needs and product development teams

What they're looking for

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• End-to-end solution design experience
• Comfort in customer-facing roles
• Master's or PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Understanding of engineering simulation concepts (CAD/CAE, etc.)
• Knowledge of machine learning and Python
• Intellectual curiosity in tackling engineering challenges
• Fluency in English
