Solutions Engineer (German-speaking)

Neural Concept seeks a German-speaking Solutions Engineer to connect AI technology with engineering challenges in various industries. This role requires interacting with senior stakeholders to design and implement AI-powered solutions while facilitating customer adoption and feedback into product development.

What you'll do

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions using NC's platform.
• Guide customers through AI adoption and integration.
• Act as a liaison between customer requirements and product development.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in end-to-end solution design.
• Ability to navigate executive and technical discussions.
• Master's or PhD in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of engineering simulation concepts.
• Familiarity with machine learning and Python.
• Intellectual curiosity for tackling engineering challenges.
• Fluency in English and German.
