Field Clinical Engineer

About this role

Neuralink is seeking a Field Clinical Engineer in South San Francisco to support clinical programs by working directly with participants to optimize the use of neurotechnology. The role will involve addressing technical issues, collaborating with clinical teams, and ensuring high standards of data collection to enhance participant outcomes and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Support device use and training for participants during clinical and home sessions
• Maximize participant outcomes using rehabilitation principles
• Collaborate with surgeons and investigators for seamless clinical execution
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as primary interface between participants and technology
• Ensure protocol-compliant data collection aligned with study endpoints
• Travel to clinical sites to support study execution and participant care
