New Era Technology is seeking a Production Support Engineer to provide operational support and platform stewardship for their enterprise cryptographic platforms and services. This role involves administering key management systems like Oracle Key Vault and Thales HSMs, ensuring high availability, and supporting critical authentication workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in security engineering, PKI, or cryptography, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and automate tasks.
What you'll do
- Provide production support for cryptographic platforms.
- Administer and support Oracle Key Vault, Thales HSMs, and Cipher Trust.
- Manage cryptographic key lifecycle processes.
- Support high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Integrate applications with cryptographic services.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and contribute to root cause analysis.
