About this role
Nimble is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer to ensure suppliers meet their rigorous quality and scalability standards. This role will involve collaborating with suppliers to enhance manufacturing processes, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement. You'll be a critical liaison between Nimble and its supplier network, supporting production ramp-up and upholding international quality standards.
What you'll do
- Conduct supplier audits and quality assessments.
- Develop processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Evaluate First Article Inspections (FAI) and Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP).
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Track and report supplier performance metrics.
