What you'll do
- Serve as the internal expert for commercial flow cytometers
- Support setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cytometers
- Develop and maintain best practices and documentation for cytometer use
- Provide customer support for on-site cytometer deployment and training
- Collaborate with teams to improve assay robustness and workflow consistency
- Travel frequently to support internal sites and customer locations
