About this role

Northslope seeks a forward-deployed software engineer (new grad) to build custom AI-driven applications alongside customers, solving high-impact business problems through end-to-end development. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to architect and ship operationalized workflows that drive measurable business outcomes, with significant autonomy and travel as needed for implementation work.

What you'll do

  • Partner with customers to understand critical business objectives and translate them into working AI applications
  • Design and build end-to-end workflows on enterprise data that customers actively use to drive business decisions
  • Iterate rapidly and ship production-quality software while embedded with customer teams
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex, domain-specific problems
  • Own outcomes autonomously while supporting customer success and adoption of built solutions
  • Travel 10-33% for client implementation work and customer engagements
