Responsible Engineer
About this role
Lead the end-to-end development of advanced antenna systems for satellite communications ground stations, from architecture through production and field deployment. You'll combine deep technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or RF engineering with cross-functional leadership to deliver complex, multidisciplinary hardware products that enable global space missions.
What you'll do
- Own antenna system development from concept through production and field deployment
- Translate mission and customer needs into system requirements, architectures, and verification plans
- Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, RF, embedded software, thermal, manufacturing, and test teams
- Lead trade studies balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and deployment speed
- Drive prototype builds, system integration, testing, and production-readiness reviews
- Contribute hands-on design, analysis, and troubleshooting within your primary engineering discipline
