About this role

Notion seeks a Partner Solutions Engineer to lead technical enablement for a growing network of partner SEs across North America and LATAM. You'll design certification programs, develop training curriculum, and maintain hands-on involvement in complex customer engagements while scaling the partner ecosystem to ~20 SEs by end of 2026.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver technical enablement programs including a 'Black Belt Program' to certify top-performing partner SEs
  • Develop training on Notion's platform, sales methodology, and assessment frameworks
  • Lead creation of industry-specific templates and solution packages with partners
  • Build routing systems to match partner SEs to appropriate customer opportunities
  • Participate directly in complex, high-stakes customer engagements alongside partner teams
  • Provide technical oversight and serve as escalation point for challenging partner-led projects

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent development
  • Technical enablement program design and curriculum development
  • Mentoring and coaching of technical talent
  • Complex technical communication and presentation skills
  • Project leadership and process/systems building
  • Cross-organizational collaboration and adaptability
  • Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt new technologies
