About this role
Notion seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to join their Seoul team, supporting enterprise sales by providing technical guidance, architecting custom solutions, and bridging customer needs with product capabilities. This early-stage role shapes how Notion scales its sales-assisted offerings while representing the company at industry events and informing product strategy.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales on customer engagements and respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical inquiries
- Deliver technical guidance and design custom Notion solutions aligned with customer workflows and integrations
- Gather and document structured product feedback to inform Engineering and Product teams
- Educate sales organization on product features, competitive positioning, and integrations
- Collaborate with marketing on technical content, webinars, and customer-facing materials
- Represent Notion at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
What they're looking for
- 4+ years as Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- API knowledge and ability to explain integration workflows
- Experience with IdP/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platform integrations
- Complex project management and execution
- Native Korean and business-level English proficiency
- Growth mindset and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
- AI tool adoption and curiosity
- Strong technical communication skills
