AI Developer Co-op

About this role

NPX is hiring an AI Developer co-op to design and deploy AI agents that improve nuclear operations efficiency. You'll work on a mix of AI development and full-stack features, taking projects from prototype to production in a remote Ontario role starting May 2026.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents solving real-world nuclear industry problems
• Own new product features and enhance existing functionality
• Support prototype-to-production transitions through front-end/back-end integration
• Conduct testing and iterate on solutions based on feedback and data
• Contribute to both AI and full-stack development as needed
