Nuro is seeking a Reliability Engineer Intern who will ensure the reliability of autonomous vehicle hardware by supporting test planning, execution, and documentation. The role involves collaboration across teams to improve product reliability and conduct investigations related to hardware failures.

What you'll do

  • Assist in reliability tests for AV hardware systems
  • Support CAD design of integration components and fixtures
  • Develop and fabricate prototypes using 3D printing
  • Collect and analyze test data for improvements
  • Document test conditions and failure observations
  • Contribute to research projects on hardware reliability

  • Basic proficiency in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with DFMEA and failure analysis
  • Hands-on skills in testing electrical systems
