About this role
Oak is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical expert supporting the sales team, demonstrating the value of their AI-native Identity Operating System to enterprise clients. You will conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, build Proofs of Value, and respond to technical inquiries to help close deals. This role requires a strong understanding of identity and access management principles and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical discovery calls to assess prospect needs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs).
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop technical strategies.
- Provide technical feedback to Product and Engineering.
