Oklo is seeking a Software Lifecycle Specialist to enhance their software development lifecycle and ensure compliance with standards. This position involves collaborating with engineering teams to establish processes and maintain high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain software lifecycle standards and workflows in GitLab and Jira.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, code, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with engineers for scoping and backlog management.
• Support audit readiness through comprehensive documentation.
• Identify gaps in the software lifecycle to improve workflows.
• Build dashboards for monitoring lifecycle health and delivery status.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in software development or DevOps.
• Experience in compliance-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Process documentation proficiency.
