The Solutions Engineer for Auth0 at Okta is responsible for showcasing the value of Okta’s identity solutions to customers, aligning product features with their specific needs. This role combines technical expertise with business insight and involves direct collaboration with sales teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and POCs while achieving sales goals.

What you'll do

• Act as a technical expert to help customers understand Okta's value
• Provide product demonstrations aligned with customer needs
• Answer technical inquiries from customers and partners
• Lead Proof Of Concepts for complex customer use cases
• Give feedback on product enhancements to meet customer demands
• Collaborate on best practices with fellow Solutions Engineers

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in pre-sales engineering within IAM
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML
• Experience with role-based access control
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships
• Familiarity with competitive analysis
• Adaptability to learn and lead in various product solutions
