Strategic Solutions Engineer

Okta seeks a Strategic Solutions Engineer to support customers in leveraging their Identity Platform for enhanced cloud security. This role involves engaging with clients through presentations, demonstrations, and technical guidance, addressing their unique needs throughout the development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with account executives on account strategies
• Research customer requirements and articulate business value
• Deliver POCs for complex customer use cases
• Create technical content for implementation guidance
• Prepare and present product demos
• Communicate customer needs to internal teams

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in pre-sales engineering
• Customer-centric approach in consulting roles
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and security practices
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Exceptional communication skills
• Capability to engage with multiple stakeholders
