Olsson is seeking a Civil Engineer for its Site Design team to work on various land development projects. The role involves project design, CAD drafting, and collaborating with a team to produce high-quality deliverables.
What you'll do
- Provide design elements for small to mid-sized engineering projects
- Assist in plan production and follow instructions for tasks
- Develop skills in design and modeling software
- Prepare project documentation and schedules
- Mentor student interns in technical skills
- Conduct research and draft technical reports

- Strong communication skills
- Team collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) certificate
- 2+ years of design experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Civil 3D (a plus)
