About this role
Olsson seeks an entry-level transportation engineer to join its Traffic/Technology team in Oklahoma City or Tulsa. You'll use CAD to design traffic signals, roundabouts, and pavement markings while conducting traffic studies and analyzing transportation systems for public and private clients.
What you'll do
- Create design plans and technical drawings using CAD software
- Design traffic signals, roundabouts, pavement markings, and signing systems
- Conduct traffic studies and intersection improvement analyses
- Evaluate safety and operational performance of transportation systems
- Analyze traffic patterns and data to optimize roadway designs
- Assist with temporary traffic control and multimodal facility design
