Licensed Transportation Engineer - Bridge

Olsson is seeking a mid-to-senior level Licensed Transportation Engineer focused on bridge projects in Fayetteville or Little Rock, AR. The role involves managing design and structural solutions for various transportation projects while collaborating with a team of engineers to positively impact local communities.

What you'll do

• Manage design projects from concept through construction
• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines
• Oversee project management, marketing, and client development
• Make decisions on engineering problems and solutions
• Assist with inspections and construction engineering services
• Engage in mentoring technical staff

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
• Proficiency in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design
• Knowledge of bridge analysis and design software
• Experience in designing prestressed concrete and steel bridges
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with ArDOT/KDOT/MoDOT projects
• Proficient in MicroStation
