• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 6-10 years in transportation engineering
• Experience in enclosed storm sewer drainage design
• Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation / OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Registered Professional Engineer in Nebraska
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Technical problem-solving skills
