What you'll do

• Prepare planning and design documents for roadway projects
• Perform design calculations and prepare cost estimates
• Coordinate with other teams and clients
• Observe job sites and attend client meetings
• Manage engineering duties on transportation projects
• Contribute to project planning and execution

• Strong communication skills
• Team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 4+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD
• Registered Professional Engineer in Kansas
• Knowledge of municipal and DOT standards
