What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 4+ years of engineering experience
• Proficient in MicroStation OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas
• Knowledge of municipal and DOT standards
• Strong communication skills
