Olsson is seeking a Licensed Transportation Engineer to join their Traffic/Technology team in either Fayetteville or Little Rock, AR. The role involves enhancing transportation infrastructure through innovative traffic services while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

What you'll do

• Conduct traffic operation and pedestrian circulation studies
• Design and improve traffic signals and pavement markings
• Analyze street lighting and implement Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
• Lead citywide safety studies and signal system enhancements
• Collaborate with team members to drive innovative solutions
• Positively impact the community through transportation projects

What they're looking for

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 6+ years of traffic engineering experience
• Strong communication abilities
• Team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation)
• Proficient in traffic modeling software (Synchro, VISSIM, etc.)
• Experience in traffic operations and signal timing
