- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 6+ years of traffic engineering experience

- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation)
- Proficient in traffic modeling software (Synchro, VISSIM, etc.)
- Experience in traffic operations and signal timing
