About this role
Olsson is seeking a structural engineering intern for summer 2027 to support federal infrastructure projects including VA hospitals and DoD facilities. You'll gain hands-on experience in structural design, analysis, calculations, and Revit-based construction documentation while working alongside experienced engineers.
What you'll do
- Assist with structural design and analytical work on federal infrastructure projects
- Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
- Produce construction documents using Autodesk Revit
- Collaborate with experienced engineers on VA hospitals, DoD facilities, and government buildings
- Support all phases of conventional structural design duties
