Opal, a rapidly growing security platform, is seeking a Growth Engineer to build and maintain their go-to-market (GTM) systems. This role focuses on automating and optimizing the GTM engine through infrastructure development and AI implementation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder capable of owning the technical execution of GTM strategies.
What you'll do
- Build and own Opal's GTM tech stack, from strategy to execution.
- Codify ICP scoring into documented infrastructure.
- Deploy AI for enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound workflows.
- Own AEO technical execution (schema, rendering, crawlability).
- Maintain data hygiene and a source-of-truth model.
- Measure cycle-time and cost impact of optimizations.
