About this role

OpenAI seeks an AI Success Engineer in Seoul to serve as the primary technical advisor for key enterprise customers, guiding them through AI deployment, adoption, and value realization. You'll blend technical expertise with program management to help organizations transform workflows and achieve measurable business impact using OpenAI's platform.

What you'll do

• Own account health, adoption velocity, and technical deployment success across a customer portfolio
• Conduct technical enablement sessions and lead configuration across OpenAI's product suite
• Identify and validate high-impact use cases by working embedded with customer teams
• Develop adoption roadmaps with clear sequencing, milestones, and KPIs aligned to business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives including product activation, change management, and deployment planning
• Surface customer feedback and technical blockers to internal teams while tracking value realization metrics

What they're looking for

• Technical account management and customer success leadership (8+ years)
• Deep knowledge of OpenAI APIs, SDKs, embeddings, RAG, and model capabilities
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for executives
• Program and project management with multi-workstream coordination
• Enterprise SaaS adoption and technical consulting experience
• Workflow mapping and requirements discovery
