Developer Experience Engineer

About this role

Create technical content, demos, and sample applications that empower developers to build AI applications using OpenAI's models and APIs. Engage with the developer community across Korea and APAC, represent OpenAI at events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Codex and frontier models.

What you'll do

• Develop demos and sample applications showcasing best practices with Codex, multimodal capabilities, and AI agents
• Create technical content including tutorials, blog posts, videos, and code samples for developers
• Engage with and build the developer community in Korea and globally around OpenAI's platform
• Represent OpenAI at developer events and online as a developer advocate
• Gather and synthesize developer feedback to improve product roadmap
• Travel across APAC (~30% of time) to meet developers and support local communities
