Forward Deployed Engineer - Stockholm

About this role

Lead end-to-end production deployments of AI models with strategic customers, owning technical discovery through rollout. Partner directly with customer teams to translate research into working systems while gathering feedback that shapes product roadmaps.

What you'll do

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to stable production
• Build full-stack systems that deliver measurable customer value
• Embed with customer teams to understand needs and guide adoption
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early
• Share field feedback to improve model and product development
• Develop tools, playbooks, and building blocks for team reuse

What they're looking for

• 5+ years engineering or technical deployment experience
• Production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
• LLM or generative model systems experience
• Complex system design and delivery in ambiguous environments
• Customer-facing technical communication
• Risk identification and rapid decision-making under pressure
• Full-stack frontend and backend development
• Cross-functional collaboration with product and research teams
