Partner AI Deployment Engineer - AWS

About this role

OpenAI seeks an experienced Partner AI Deployment Engineer to lead GenAI deployment strategy and execution within the AWS partnership ecosystem from Seoul. This strategic technical leadership role involves guiding enterprise customers from concept through production, influencing joint account strategy, and building scalable enablement models across AWS and partner channels.

What you'll do

• Serve as senior technical counterpart to AWS field leadership, influencing joint strategy for high-priority opportunities
• Lead complex enterprise engagements from ideation through architecture design, prototyping, and production deployment
• Design end-to-end AI architectures and build prototypes, POCs, and reference implementations leveraging OpenAI and AWS services
• Enable AWS and partner teams through scalable technical assets including workshops, playbooks, and reference architectures
• Mentor partner technical teams and accelerate their path to independent delivery through GSIs, RSIs, and ISVs
• Partner with internal teams (Alliances, Product, Engineering, GTM) to align strategy and deliver product insights
