Product Engineer, GTM Growth Engineering

About this role

Build autonomous AI systems that enhance OpenAI's go-to-market operations, from agent workflows and user interfaces to backend services and measurement systems. Own full-stack product slices that directly impact pipeline quality, sales productivity, and revenue execution.

What you'll do

• Design and build autonomous GTM agent workflows combining LLM reasoning, tools, data, and human oversight
• Own end-to-end product slices from prototype through launch, hardening, and iteration
• Create intuitive interfaces for humans to supervise, review, and improve AI-driven workflows
• Build reliable backend services, APIs, and data flows integrated with internal and customer-facing systems
• Design feedback loops, evals, and quality metrics for AI systems affecting revenue outcomes
• Instrument systems to measure usage, friction, quality, adoption, and business impact

• Full-stack or frontend-heavy software engineering (4+ years)
• Modern web application development and API design
