Software Engineer, Full Stack - Codex Cloud Apps

About this role

Join OpenAI's Codex Cloud Apps team to build AI-native software products that enable users to collaborate with intelligent agents. You'll own full-stack development across web, mobile, and APIs, working directly with customers to shape how people interact with AI-powered automation and productivity tools.

What you'll do

• Design and build end-to-end agentic product experiences across multiple platforms and integrations
• Collaborate with customers to understand AI agent adoption and translate insights into product direction
• Develop AI-powered features like code review, application generation, and workflow automation
• Partner with research teams to integrate new model capabilities into reliable customer-facing products
• Design enterprise-ready features including identity, governance, permissions, and compliance
• Rapidly prototype, ship frequently, and iterate based on telemetry and customer feedback
