About this role
OpenAI seeks a full-stack software engineer to build innovative people and recruiting products that leverage AI. You'll own the complete product development lifecycle, working cross-functionally with the People Team to create HR and culture solutions from conception to deployment.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product development for people-focused applications
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to inform product design
- Integrate latest LLM research into HR and recruiting workflows
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and people operations
- Move quickly in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
