Sales Engineer - Inland Northwest

OpenEye is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Inland Northwest, covering Eastern WA, ID, and MT. This role involves being a primary technical contact for customers, focusing on product specifications, system design, and training, while also assisting in sales efforts and technical support.

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Assess project and customer equipment needs
• Develop and present training courses
• Act as customer advocate for product management
• Create cost estimates and configurations
• Provide on-site and remote installation support

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of engineering or technical support experience
• B2B support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of networking concepts
• CRM software experience
• Knowledge of IP video and security technologies
• Ability to travel 50-75%
