What you'll do

• Lead technical onboarding for new customers
• Collaborate on success plans with customer success teams
• Assist in integrating OpenRouter into customer applications
• Troubleshoot API and deployment issues
• Create guides and examples for customer implementations
• Evaluate models based on customer requirements

What they're looking for

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with APIs and SDKs
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructures
• Familiarity with LLMs and inference
• Proficient in debugging production code
• Ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
• Experience in customer engagement and support
