Software Engineer, LATAM & Canada

About this role

OpenSesame is looking for a remote Software Engineer based in Canada or Latin America to enhance their eLearning platform. The role involves working with both modern and legacy technologies while adhering to agile practices such as test-driven development and continuous deployment.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineers across the organization
• Participate in Extreme Programming (XP) practices
• Develop solutions in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Work on legacy systems using PHP, Drupal, and Angular
• Contribute to team processes and agile ceremonies
• Engage in debugging and writing code with senior engineers
