What you'll do

• Lead infrastructure resiliency efforts like recovery mechanisms
• Enhance observability and operability of systems
• Develop performance-critical user-facing infrastructure
• Plan scaling initiatives for customer growth
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product features
• Mentor fellow engineers on best practices

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years in infrastructure domain
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience in building scalable infrastructure
• Ability to mentor others
• Deep understanding of edge cases and bottlenecks
