Orion Innovation is looking for a Support Engineer to provide IT support for GxP-compliant benchtop systems and applications in their Digital Plant organization. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing system administration, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
- Support benchtop instrumentation applications and IT tools in a GxP environment.
- Administer quality and laboratory applications and their lifecycle activities.
- Manage incidents, problems, and asset management using BMS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
