What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven products and features
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams
• Experiment with new models and iterate based on feedback
• Build full-stack applications and intelligent agents
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies
• Contribute to Oscar's AI strategy and vision

• 7+ years in software engineering or data science
• Strong Python programming skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with full-stack application prototyping
• Familiarity with NLP and modern AI frameworks
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools
• Experimental mindset for testing and iteration
