Outset is seeking a Field Service Engineer II in Albany, GA, responsible for the installation and maintenance of Tablo Dialysis Systems. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams, while ensuring optimal system performance in clinical settings.

What you'll do

• Install and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
• Provide technical support to customers
• Document service activities and maintain accurate inventories
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products
• Assist with marketing events as needed

What they're looking for

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering knowledge
• 5+ years of field service experience
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
• Computer proficiency in software applications
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
